As the name suggests, this little stand is known for its phở (341 Beach Road #01-06, 8894-4339), but that extra clean broth was also incredibly boring. The more exciting thing was the cockles above, whose savory morsels were tossed in some sweet and greasy lard, and came with muối tiêu chanh lime dip too.
