I was near Bukit Batok today and decided to swing by that new Vietnamese stall (279 Bukit Batok East Ave 3). I didn't really care that much for this bowl though; the broth wasn't as aromatic as I thought it would be, and there was barely any garnish nor black pepper in there. May Pho Culture beats the pants off of this place.
