The Traveling Hungryboy

This chain of Thai hawker stalls has a big seating area at its Coronation Plaza outlet (587 Bukit Timah Road #03-01A), making for a convenient lunch today. They loaded the vermicelli above with quite a big helping of ginger, making me prefer the more fragrant garlic and crackling-topped one from that Boat Quay dude instead. But the fried Mama noodles here were pleasantly smoky, and they're pretty generous with the portions here too.
