I walked into this Burmese restaurant (111 North Bridge Road #B1-01) because they had a tea leaf salad that sounded interesting. Now, I have no idea how true to form this was (it's called lahpet thoke, right?), but it was basically a crunchy dried bean mix tossed in a savory pesto-like sauce, and I gobbled it right up. I also saw someone next to me ordering all sorts of skewered meat, so I grabbed a plate of chicken tails, which were deliciously tender and fatty. I really should spend more time in this building. There are multiple places serving so many things that I have never tried but look very promising.
