We splurged tonight and decided to go for a full-priced dinner at Go! K-BBQ. The woosamgyeop above was still a bit sweet, making me prefer the thicker but still tender and deliciously Duroc pork jowl. We should explore more of the pork side of the menu, and maybe the noodles too.
