Fermented Hairtail Bisque Risotto

To be clear, this is not a restaurant, but rather a speakeasy focused on drinks (7-9 4층 Myeongdong 10-gil, 070-4124-9767). Still, they had a very limited food menu, and this cutlassfish risotto was nicely done with just the right amount of savoriness from the fish, all without the hassle of fussing with little bones. They had limited portions of a kimchi mac and cheese that was pretty good too. But again, this place is a bar, not a place for food.
