So IPPUDO has a "Premium Series" lineup, and this chicken broth was on deck today. Yes, it was good, not only because they didn't overdo the truffle, but also because the savory taste of the chicken came through in the broth. The curly but firm noodles were fun to eat with those chopped onions too. But the portions were a bit small and the chicken itself was a bit of a bore.
