The Traveling Hungryboy

I've been wanting to try this Bib Gourmand stall for a while now, but they close pretty early at their original Adam Road location, which incidentlly is closed for renovation right now anyway. So I was happy to try this branch that they have opened at Lau Pa Sat, especially since was open for dinner too. Yep, that soto ayam above was pretty good, particularly in how the deep earthy spices all blended together. The dark soy sauce and chili mixture was deliciously savory too. I wish I had gotten a bergedil though; that just means that I'll have to come back again to do so.
