This little Bib Gourmand was pretty darned good (29 Myeongdong 10-gil, 02-776-5348). Sure, the noodles in the bowl above were rather soft, but otherwise the broth was delightfully smoky and earthy from the grilled onions in there, while the dumpling skins were nice and thin. The kimchi had a sharp garlicky kick to it, while the bibimguksu was refreshing too. It's worth going back to, even if just to try the seasonal kong-guksu.
