It occurred to me tonight that one of the other stands at the Shell station on the corner of Blossom Hill and Almaden (5607 Almaden Expressway) is a Colombian one selling chorizo. And that chorizo above was pretty good with its snappy skin and moist meat, with that thick and corny arepa helping to power it down. They even had some salsas in squeeze bottles available, not to mention small cups of Colombian coffee.
