The Traveling Hungryboy

I didn't realize this until I looked it up just now, but Armadillo Willy's is from the South Bay. I'm not likely to make many runs to Texas anymore, and other barbecue epicenters are not going to be on the radar much either, so this small local chain it is. That brisket on the side was decent, especially since we asked for the fatty cuts. But those ribs were dry in some parts, and were even almost jerky-like. I'll avoid those ribs next time.
