I've had Tsuta's shio bowl before, but it was different from the one that's currently on the menu. So I stopped by for this updated rendition, which was crisp and savory, especially when accented by garnishes like black olive powder. I'm not sure if this is consistent with what he serves in his Japan outlets, but this is definitely one of the better ramen broths around.
