The Traveling Hungryboy

It's not easy to find a local Catalan breakfast on Sunday mornings at 8 AM. Presumably that is a function of the culture, but places like El Quim are closed on Sundays, while chocolate shops usually open a little later in the day. Fortunately, this shop was the exception (303 Carrer de Roger de Flor, 934-57-1980). And it was exactly what I wanted, with those small plates of tripe and blood sausage being rich and savory to go with that crisp and airy bread. Yay!
