Food Republic is doing a collaboration with local vocational school ITE, and one of the stalls in the basement food court at Shaw House has a big signboard saying that this is a "Young Hawker Entrepreneurship Incubator Programme." This tom yum spaghetti was featured prominently on the menu, and it was surprisingly potent (read: sour). And yet I liked it enough that I didn't mind the fact that the taste of the seafood was all covered up. These guys kinda reminded me of that place Nice Rice, but half a notch down from it.
