The Traveling Hungryboy

This Guizhou beef and lamb noodle shop (313 Orchard Road #B3-10) looks like it's from China, but the only reference that I could find for them online was a shop down in Melbourne (?). Well, it was good either way, including not just the tender meat and rice noodles, but most importantly, the robust and savory broth that pulled it all together. Plus, each table was adorned with a little jar of crushed chili pepper flakes that had a wonderful chipotle-like smokiness to it. I'm defintely going back to try more, although note that the chuanr are deep fried; they were moist but I prefer the grilled variety.
