The Traveling Hungryboy

This is a cool stret corner with al fresco seating and music blaring from a place that specializes in birria tacos (500 West San Carlos Street, 408-393-5599). But they also used the goat meat in other things like quesadillas and even...ramen. Or perhaps stated more clearly, it was instant noodles in a paper bowl from the Tapatío hot sauce folks, topped with a pretty generous portion of meat, as well as some onions and radishes. I'm not sure if they mixed their own stew with the powdered broth from the bowl, but admittedly it wasn't so exciting that I wanted to finish it. Still, I'd come back for more tacos.
