Taco truck time! These guys are parked at Meridian Square next to the Chevron (4652 Meridian Avenue) and are fortunately open at 10 AM, letting me pick up a couple of tacos for a morning snack. The tripas weren't ready yet by the time that I got there, so I settled for these lengua and cabeza tacos instead, which came out piping hot. It's interesting to see the effects of inflation though: these were US$3.50 each, which is at least twice as much as I recall street tacos being years ago.
