The Traveling Hungryboy

I'd never heard of this chain until today, but it looks like it's from Southern California, and has since spread up and down the state over the past couple of decades. The menu had quite a few distracting things like tacos, salads, sandwiches, and battered seafood too. But the focus was on grilled fish, with several types to choose from. I was happy with not just the tender branzino above, but also the firm rockfish that arrived with a pleasantly smoky aroma. The grilled asparagus was overseasoned, but I'm still happy to have found something that kinda resembled Salmon and Bear, even if more commercialized and less focused.
