This plate of assorted veggies was from some random restaurant at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, and it was much better than I was expecting, as it was tender and richly buttered, with things like the zucchini being naturally sweet too. There wasn't much of food selection at the airport otherwise though, so hopefully next time I'll get more than just thirty minutes in the city.
