The Traveling Hungryboy

As the name suggests, this Bay Area food truck specializes in cochinita pibil. One could get it in not just the usual taco and quesadilla forms, but also as Yucatan salbutes and panuchos, where the tortillas are fried, and the latter stuffed with black beans too. I was all over those delicious tortillas, heading back to the truck multiple times for more plates, particularly the vegetarian ones above given that I still struggle to appreciate the meat.
