So the mechanical sounding name here apparently comes from the fact that they used to be an events space with a cafe attached (181 South Bridge Road #01-05, 6222-2554). No, it's not anything to go out of one's way for, but it was interesting that this skinny Eggs Benedict used a lemon yogurt instead of hollandaise. It still tasted fine.
