The Traveling Hungryboy

I needed food after getting of the train from the airport today, and it was too darned cold in these sub-freezing temperatures to walk anywhere. So I went into one of the station's food courts where an outlet of this malatang chain was, and grabbed a few things from the spread. The end result may not look great above, but it was delicious, not just because of the spicy broth, but because of the wonderful peanut sauce and spicy oil mixture that I made on the side for dipping purposes. Best of all, it was only 16 RMB (US$2.50). Just the hot and spicy broth that I needed to warm up before venturing out into the cold again!
