
The local team decided on this hot pot chain for lunch today. Their signature thing is that huge assortment of shellfish above, which they amusingly called a "Gout Pot." It was all very fresh either way, and helped to add a wonderfully nice dimension to the clear broth, even if it was a hassle to have to use your hands to shell those darned things.
