The Traveling Hungryboy

This kiosk in the basement of Chinatown Point claims to be "China's No. 1 Fried Skewer" (133 New Bridge Road #B1-53C). There are an assortment of items to choose from, which they fry up and season with your choice of garnish. It was pretty much the greasy spicy thing that I would've expected, although they took quite a long time to come out despite its fast food appearance. Some of my pieces were also lukewarm by the time I got them; I'm not sure if that was intentional or just a function of how long it takes for them to season everything after coming out of the fryer. I'd still go back either way.
