The Traveling Hungryboy

The JOFA folks have opened up a kopitiam stall serving local Western-style hawker food (165 Bukit Merah Central #01-3683). It's actually staffed by a couple of Burnt Ends and Robuchon alumni, and it shows in the very moist, tender, and smoky chicken chop above. The seasoning leaned sweet though...at least, that sauce on the side did. In that sense, I kinda prefer Eightisfy down the street over this.
