I've seen long lines at this place off Jalan Besar many times, but never knew what it was all about (24 Foch Road). Even after trying it today, I was a bit surprised that the soup was slightly sour. But the pieces of meat and offal were very fresh and tender, while that salted fish minced meat patty above it was pleasantly fatty too. Apparently there is another shop down the street from a related family member that is worth a try.
