I wasn't looking for anything too heavy at lunch today, so I grabbed this bibimbap from Ju Shin Jung while forgoing the option for a meat topping. It did the job, especially with that piping hot dolsot pot helping to create a scorched layer at the bottom. It sure looked pretty too.
