Duck Confit with Mashed Potatoes

I was at Hong Lim Market and Food Centre this morning and thus managed to get one of the confit duck legs from Eddy's. It was tender enough to fall off the bone, and not surprisingly, it was seasoned boldly. Either way, it was priced nicely at only S$10 (US$7.40).
