Here is more kopitiam Rösti, this time from an all-day breakfast stall up in Hougang (941 Upper Serangoon Road). The good thing is that they did get it crispy without being burned. But the quality of the potato was lacking, which means that I'd rather go to BurGrill, or more likely just Marché itself.
