
This has always been displayed very prominently on Suju's menu, so I decided to give it a try today. It was much better than I was expecting, particularly because of how rich and silky smooth that demi-glace sauce was, not to mention the quality ingredients, particularly those pearly beads of rice. OK, this makes me feel better about Suju now; I think I should try their gindara next.
