If that's difficult to make out in the photo, those are Brussels sprouts in a sriracha mayo. And it's from SPRMRKT, a chain that has been around for a while and still hasn't bought a vowel yet. This afternoon I stopped at their Dempsey Hill outlet for a few light snacks (8 Dempsey Road #01-15A, 8129-8166). No, it was nothing to go out of one's way for, but this was a very pleasant and brightly lit venue that suited Sunday afternoons perfectly. The service was fast and cheery too.
