The Traveling Hungryboy

Cool, there is another hawker stall doing Rösti now (531A Upper Cross Street #02-09). And fortunately, they don't burn their potatoes here. Granted, I would've preferred that this were just a little crispier, but it was easy to wolf down thanks to all of the butter and nicely cooked egg. Next time I'll be sure to ask them for a chicken chop on the side.
