
Time for more paofan. This one is a small chain of food court stalls from Jurong, and they do a prawn-based broth. Like many other shops, they include clams at the bottom, as well as a generous portion of crispy rice on the side that gives it added crunch and grease. These guys also have an option for prawn paste balls, which was a refreshing change. They didn't provide cilantro though, and the broth wasn't as uplifting as I would've hoped. But it was passable.
