
I didn't realize this until I looked it up, but Burger King uses Impossible for its vegetarian burger in the US, whereas Europe and now Asia get The Vegetarian Butcher by Uniliver. And I didn't like this one bit, as it was drowning in ketchup. When I made an effort to separate the patty from everything else, the patty was not only spongy, but slightly bitter. I prefer Impossible or even TiNDLE instead.
