This is my first time at Jakarta Airport's Terminal 3. It's much nicer than the old terminal, and there are a number of local food establishments prior to clearing security. I decided on this small chain from the city, mainly because they featured this small bowl of bakmi noodles. Fortunately, the sambal wasn't sweet, and I was rather happy with that broth too. I wish that I could've had more of that sambal, in fact.
