This place is a wannabe Ichiran, featuring not just tonkotsu broth but also solo dining booths with curtains (1 Tanjong Pagar Plaza #02-10). I went in with very low expectations, and fortunately, the noodles weren't overcooked, and the chashu was more fatty than I thought it would be. But I'm not going back, as the broth was so watered down and uninspiring that I didn't want to finish it.
