The Traveling Hungryboy

With the exception of Hong Kee, I generally don't like the brown sauce on local beef noodles. So it was a pleasant surprise then to find at this stall (1 Kadayanallur Street #01-43, 8754-0568) had a dry version devoid of a brown sauce. Instead, it featured one of my favorite condiments: sesame oil! It was awesome, not just because of the seasoning, but also because all of the cuts of meat were super tender and tasty. I inhaled this thing in seconds and wished I'd gotten a larger bowl, which I'll be sure to do next time.
