The Traveling Hungryboy

This stall in Takashimaya's basement food hall always seems to have a long line, which I assume is a function of the limited seating (391A Orchard Road #B2-01, 6735-1501). I thus never bothered to go there after they left PARCO Marina Bay. The line tonight wasn't too bad though, so I hopped over to try that akauo hiraki above, and was happy with its wonderfully savory skin and tasty bits of fat along the belly. It was surprisingly moist too. Too bad that the rice was horrendously frail and mushy though. I cleared the fish with ease but couldn't eat more than one bite of the rice.
