The Traveling Hungryboy

I didn't even know that this place existed until I saw it on my way back to the office (25 Keong Saik Road, 6909-8120). What caught my eye was the lunch menu, featuring two courses at a bargain price of just S$30 (US$22). That included not just things like that bavette steak above, but also a wonderful plate of asparagus topped with crème fraîche, chives, parsley, cheese, and croutons. I devoured it all, loving everything about it. They even had happy hour drinks during lunch time, although admittedly that ended up doubling the price of my lunch. But it was worth it.
