
No, hamburgers aren't on my priority list for this trip. But the catering offshoot of a local Slow Food community hamburger shop was conveniently nearby, and its locally-sourced "eco burgs" sounded interesting enough. It was more dry than I thought it would be, but that wasn't a problem given the huge bottles of olive oil available on each table. That gave it a fragrant aroma, making the beef and veggies go down easily. I was too cheap to order fries, but in retrospect, I should've gotten some.
