The Traveling Hungryboy

I was walking down the street today when I noticed lots of octopus through the window at this shop (159 Avenida del Parallel, 938-538-979). My jaw just dropped, and I came back to refuel before my next meal. It's an awesome place with a menu that looked fantastic. Unfortunately, as a solo diner I couldn't order everything that I wanted (think: grilled sardines!), but I was extremely happy with that tender pulpo above, especially since there was a decently spicy pimentón available for sprinkling, not to mention salt and a nice bottle of olive oil. Actually, my favorite part was the leftover oil at the bottom of the wooden platter, as the savoriness from the octopus had blended with the olive oil and salt to make a wonderful juice that I could mop up with bread. Yum, I'd love to come back here again.
