It turns out that Lily.s didn't have the menu items that I wanted anymore. So I walked over to Yeast Side instead to given their "5 Fun-Guys" pizza a try. It was a bit underseasoned, and one could hardly find much maitake on there, but the plump king oyster mushrooms, along with the truffle oil, shimeji, and buttom mushrooms kept it fun. Most importantly though, the crisp yet chewy texture of that crust made it all work. Maybe next time I'll just ask for some extra salt.
