This food truck parked at the corner of Coronation Plaza sells Impossible burgers (587 Bukit Timah Road, 8484-9984). And it was better than I thought it would be, as I could actually taste the patty despite all of the sauce that was on it. I also liked that these guys paid a lot of attention to textures, with the onion rings featuring an impressively crispy exterior while the patty rested on a soft, moist bun. But the service was verrrrrry slow. Next time, I'll order in advance, although I hope that the online form will have a way to ask them to go easy on the sauce while doubling up on the patties.
