I came to this restaurant (85 Beach Road #01-02, 6266-0061) specifically for that dish above. It was their signature "C&C&C&C Pasta," featuring crab meat, chorizo, caviar, and confit lemon. Yes, I ate it quickly, especially since the noodles were refreshingly cold and firm, while the caviar on top provided a savory counterpoint. I'm curious about the rest of the menu now, but I'm not sure how quickly I'll come back given that the bill here can add up after a number of plates and drinks.
