I just realized that this my fourth post in a row that mentions Impossible Burger. Well, I have been rather fascinated by it, and it's available at so many locations now, like Scrambled. It wasn't cheap at S$20 (US$15), but it went down the hatch quickly, despite being a bit heavily seasoned.
