Lunch today was at an outlet of PS. Cafe, and it turned out that they had an Impossible Burger on their menu. What a pleasant surprise it was to find that kept the garnishes minimal, all while getting a bit of a grilled aroma in the patty. Yay!
Now, maybe it was just my imagination, but I could still detect a bit of sponginess in the texture and a slightly synthetic aftertaste too. But in the end, who cares? I liked it enough to eat it quickly. I should just stop comparing it to beef.
