I needed a bite before heading to the airport, so I went back to the Cheeseburger in Paradise folks to grab a loco moco. I thought I recalled their patty being more tender last time, but it didn't matter, as the gravy had some nice earthy onions and beef flavor in there, helping this to slide down my throat.
