The Traveling Hungryboy

That photo probably isn't doing it much justice, but that was a pretty good burger, especially with its delicious dry aged aroma. After all, that's really what I look for in a burger anyway, and where better than to go to a the bar of a posh steakhouse to get one? This seems to be a chain from Texas; admittedly I'd never heard of them before, and the high prices of the steaks mean that I won't likely be coming back either. But the burgers are much more reasonably priced at just $21, and I'll be happy to come back for those.
