This poke bowl from a small local chain here in San Jose is so much better than that stuff from back in Singapore. What's the main difference? Sesame oil. Lots of fragrant sesame oil. That, and the ability for them to make it extra spicy. It wasn't excessively spicy, but enough to make you pant a little and leave with a mild burn on your lips. Plus, it has the added benefit of being super healthy. We'll happily come back.
