I'm not sure why, but the only food trucks open late at night in downtown Portland seem to be one gyro truck right after the other. The only exception that we could find was this Thai and Vietnamese food truck. We thus got some phở (a piping hot bowl of which sounded great after some drinks), but neither the broth nor meat could do the job. And the Thai ice tea was strangely effervescent. Maybe we should've gotten some gyros instead.
